Rights and Intellectual Property

What Illiqua Does Not Claim
Illiqua does not claim reproduction, display, or copyright rights to any artwork featured on this platform. A certificate purchased through Illiqua represents fractional ownership of the physical artwork itself. It does not transfer any right to reproduce, print, publicly display, license, or otherwise use the artwork's image.
Artwork Licensing Status
Rights to display and use artwork images on this platform are obtained directly from the artist or rights holder, and are disclosed openly. Where permission is still pending, we say so plainly rather than presenting it as settled. The current status for any artwork featured on Illiqua is available on our roadmap page.
If You Are A Rights Holder
If you are an artist, rights holder, or authorized representative and have a concern about how your work is displayed or described on Illiqua, please contact us directly at admin@illiqua.art. We take these concerns seriously and will respond promptly.
Certificate Holders And Their Rights
Owning a certificate means owning a fractional share of the underlying physical artwork, tracked transparently on the XRP Ledger. It does not include:

Text, design, and branding on this website, separate from the artwork itself, belong to Illiqua / Backerston Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), unless otherwise noted.
