Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology carry general risks, including price volatility, network issues, and irreversible user error, such as sending funds to the wrong address. We are not responsible for losses arising from these risks.

Regulatory Status

We are still completing our regulatory review under applicable EU crypto-asset rules. Illiqua's classification and the disclosures that follow from it are being finalized with counsel, and this page will be updated as that work concludes.
